So here goes. This post is dedicated to my best girls.
We’ve been best friends for 10 years, ever since high school. Our talks go way back from who was our high school crush up until now to who’s the next person to get engaged. Time flies but real friendship lasts and I know for sire that this is the kind of friendship that will sustain all the wrinkles and backpains ahead haha.

We were lucky enough to have a Bachelorette Party in @2storiesbogor wih the whole full team. Long story short, it was a short notice, but the staff was awesome and so was the food. Thanks Two Stories for helping us make yet another memorable moment. šŸ’‹

From the view of the Minister http://m.tempo.co/read/news/2015/01/04/078632685/Surat-Cinta-Menteri-Jonan-untuk-Para-Pilot . Well said to answer some open letter from several pilots. I know that death is inevitable but here are some of my concern and thoughts about this low-cost flight tragedy.

1. How could a regional airline missed such a vital part of pre-departure sequence, which is the FOO-pilot briefing. I have to agree that briefing with a FOO rather than just figuring out the data and information by yourself is better. The pilot will definitely get more inputs, alternative solutions and flight path which is a benefit to our safety.

2. If they say that FOO task is too much or the HR available is too few, then is it a way for them to keep the price “low-cost”? If yes, then the low-cost flight means risking our lives. I’d rather not fly if that is the case. šŸ˜£

3. How can the QZ8501 flight be granted permission to take off when it is stated that QZ Surabaya-Singapore route is not scheduled for Sunday? Of course a plane can not just fly when it wants to. ATC, Changi and people responsible for flight schedule must know and that’s a whole lot of people. Then something is really fishy about this condition.

4. Stop the habit of exploiting the victim’s family sadness and grief. This is not a drama set to entertain the public.

5. Stop the habit of blaming the pilot. I believe that he has done all in his power to turn the situation around. Maybe God has a better plan.

6. Stop making stupid and sick SARA jokes and whatsoever. It is disrepectful and automatically downgrades you as a human.

As a female in her almost mid 20ā€™s, there are some things that we should consider if weā€™re gonna settle down IMO. This article I think is one of those reality check that we should really check for in our current ā€œattention taker and potential heart breakerā€. And plus, I just love some of the quotes in here. Ex :

A girl is attracted to boys. A woman is attracted to men. Now, this has nothing to do with the actual age of a person. Iā€™m referring to maturity, life vision and stage of life. In fact, some people regardless of their age, will never really grow up.

and a girl is defined as having :

lack independence, are ruled by insecurity, lack self-respect, throw tantrums, have princess syndrome, donā€™t have strong values or boundaries and canā€™t hold yourself on your own

while a woman is defined as :

independent, ambitious, knows your worth and value, has a strong moral compass, is considerate and an able communicator and doesnā€™t let insecurity dominate your psyche.

So if you have the time, itā€™s a good way to spend about 5-10 minutes of your time reading this šŸ™‚

PS: I, myself is making progress from girl (I am sometimes still ruled by insecurity) and making the transition to a woman (according to their definition). Wish me luck :3
